Williams to referee in Singapore

New Zealand referee Paul Williams has been appointed to oversee the DHL Stormers’ Vodacom Super Rugby clash with the Sunwolves in Singapore on Saturday.

The assistant referees will be Mike Fraser and Shuhei Kubo, while Takashi Hareda will be the television match official.
