Krige to appear before judicial committee

He will appear in Wellington (New Zealand) on Monday 26 April 2004 at 16:00 (New Zealand Time).

Krige who is currently securing legal representation commented that this is definitely not the way he would like to end his Super 12 career and that he would like to complete his career on a high note.

Investec Stormers coach Gert Smal said “Matters are sometimes perceived to be more serious when viewed in slow motion on television. It would be a great pity if the Stormers should lose the leadership of Krige at this stage of the Vodacom Super 12 Competition.”

The Stormers will wait for the official verdict of the Judicial Committee before any further comment is made on this matter.
