10th Year Celebration Jersey

In the build up to the Vodacom Stormers vs Chiefs match, the team will also spend some time with their loyal supporters when they take part in community visits and a gala dinner. The celebration week will culminate in the Vodacom Stormers running out onto Newlands wearing black for the final time.

Only 1200 of the adidas manufactured black and white hooped jerseys have been produced and they will only be played in once. The jerseys are available at selected retail stores, including the adidas concept store in Canal Walk.

“It is the last time the Stormers will play in black and is designed both as a tribute to the past success of the brand and the icons that helped forge it. It is also forms part of our efforts to bring the Vodacom Stormers and WP brands closer together,” said captain Luke Watson.

Breyton Paulse, current Vodacom Stormers wing added, “I have been privileged to play in all 3 of the Stormers eras over the last 9 seasons. In the multi-coloured jersey of 1998, through the Men in Black years and now in the new blue strip.”
