Injury forces Vodacom Stormers hooker to head back home
Originally named on the bench, Tiaan has been suffering from a moderate muscle strain injury to his left thigh. An MRI scan has confirmed that he will not make a recovery by the match.
Specialist hooker Deon Fourie will leave for Australia today to fill the No. 16 jersey for the match.
Liebenberg will return to South Africa for treatment and rehabilitation. His expected recovery time is 2-3 weeks.
