Force happy after physical pre-season start
“We are a club with a strong youth policy. We have 34 professionals and half a dozen academy players. We tend to bring through players earlier and use opportunities like this to accelerate their development,” said the coach.
“Also, in Australia we simply do not have the opportunity to play such physical football before the start of the Super Rugby competition and this pre-season competition has thus been good for us, enabling the players to understand the intensity and physicality, as well as achieving some cohesion.”
“Cape Town has been fantastic and we would love to be back for next year’s Neo Africa Tri-Series.”
