In more positive news, Rynhardt Elstadt (ankle) will undergo a final fitness test tomorrow, whilst Juan de Jongh has returned to full training and has been cleared to play against Sharks. Peter Grant is on his way to South Africa and should report to the HPC on Wednesday, where he will undergo fitness and medical tests.

The coach was happy with last Saturdays results again the Hurricanes, “The players understand where we are and what we still need to do. As a group we are tight and that is important. The Sharks game is a massive derby, they always bring everything they got and we looking forward to a physical challenge”.
