Welcome to DHL Newlands for the big coastal clash between the DHL Stormers and the Cell C Sharks.

Both teams have started their 2016 Vodacom Super Rugby campaign with two consecutive wins, so we should be in for another classic match this afternoon.

The opening game of the Vodacom Super Rugby season saw more than 40 000 people witness the DHL Stormers’ first match at DHL Newlands, and it was heartening to note that so many supporters attended the game to watch their heroes in action.

DHL Newlands is one of the best sports stadiums in the world, it is a place where old friends meet, a place where we endeavour to entertain our supporters with good and exciting rugby.

May I kindly urge all spectators to adhere to our request not to smoke in the stadium, I believe this would ensure greater enjoyment for the supporter sitting next to you.
