Ticketing issues at the Vodacom URC Grand Final – what to do if you were impacted

Western Province Rugby is aware of a small number of reports of double bookings at the sold-out Vodacom United Rugby Championship Grand Final at DHL Stadium and steps are being taken by Ticketpro to resolve these issues.

Western Province Rugby apologises to those negatively impacted. All issues are being individually investigated and followed up by ticketing agent Ticketpro.

All those with queries about double bookings are requested to email [email protected] (preferably directly from the email that purchased the ticket) since this automatically creates a case number and ensures that the matter can be followed up and resolved as quickly as possible. Customers are requested to email directly from the email account used to purchase the ticket(s), as this will connect to the customer profile and central record of all the communication between Ticketpro and the customer. The showpiece match between the DHL Stormers and Munster was played in front of 56 344 supporters, which is the biggest crowd for any DHL Stormers match and the biggest crowd for any Vodacom URC play-off match.
