The DHL Stormers are in the United Kingdom for the next two weeks as they take on Glasgow Warriors and London Irish in two different competitions.

First-up they will face Glasgow Warriors in a Vodacom United Rugby Championship clash at Scotstoun Stadium on Sunday, January 15.

Next week they will travel to London for a return Heineken Champions Cup encounter with London Irish at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford.

The only time that the DHL Stormers have taken on Glasgow Warriors, they secured a 32-7 victory at DHL Stadium on their way to taking the inaugural Vodacom United Rugby Championship title last season.

The Scottish team will be a completely different prospect on their home turf of the 4G artificial pitch in Glasgow.

There are more than a few familiar faces in the Glasgow team, with former DHL Stormers Oli Kebble and Huw Jones joined by South Africans Sintu Manjezi and captain Kyle Steyn in the squad, while to Head Coach is former Toyota Cheetahs mentor Franco Smith.

The Warriors are on a good run at the moment with five consecutive wins under their belts, so the DHL Stormers will have to be on good form to get an away win.

Next week it will be on to London to face a London Irish side intent on avenging their 34-14 defeat at DHL Stadium last month.

The week after losing to the DHL Stormers in Cape Town, London Irish secured a win against Premiership log-leaders Saracens, so they are in good form heading into this clash.

Former DHL Stormer Mikey Willemse got onto the scoresheet the last time the two teams met and he and his teammates will be eager to get a vital home win as they look to secure a place in the Heineken Champions Cup last 16.

With an exciting backline full of running threats, this should be a good game to watch on Sunday, January 15, despite what should be cold and possibly wet conditions in Brentford.
