‘Soks’ at the helm of Club Newlands!
Sokhana tells us a little about himself:
“I was born in Cape Town, the youngest of three children and being the only boy amongst two girls. I attended Simonsberg Primary School in Kraaifontein and then graduated from Brackenfell High School.
“I finished my tertiary level education at Cape Peninsula University of Technology where I graduated and received my diploma in Sports Management. Since then I have been part and parcel of Club Newlands learning the ropes.
“I am a huge rugby fanatic and I’ve been playing and following the game ever since I can remember. As a Capetonian there has only ever been one team – well two – DHL WP and the DHL Stormers. The Blue & White stuff pumps through my veins, and I am as mad passionate as you can get.
“I consider myself a very joyful and loving person and I am really looking forward to working with all that share my passion and love for the game and this great province. I look forward to meeting you all at the events and games.
“That’s me SOKS! WP jou lekker ding!”
