The DHL Stormers will start 2026 by taking on the Vodacom Bulls in a huge Vodacom United Rugby Championship derby clash at a packed DHL Stadium on Saturday.

The home side will be looking to maintain their unbeaten run and make it 10 consecutive wins this season when action gets underway at 18h00 on Saturday.

The match is sold out, with no tickets available at the stadium on matchday. Gates open three hours before kick-off at 15h00 with plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy inside the stadium, so make sure you park remotely and use the free MyCiTi bus shuttles from the Civic Centre, Thibault Square, or CTICC to beat the traffic and get there early.

Ensure that you have added your match tickets to your phone’s wallet from the Stormers App (How-to steps below) before you get to the stadium for a quick tap for easy entry.

The DHL Stormers will get off the team bus on Fritz Sonnenberg Road across from the athletics stadium at 16h40, giving the fans a chance to greet the players as they arrive for the match.

– Gates at DHL Stadium open at 15h00, with kick-off at 18h00. Get there early and allow plenty of time to get to the stadium as traffic is expected to be very busy. Aim to be in the stadium no later 17h00.
– The beer garden will be open from 15h00 – with Red Bull DJ Phil playing live, along with food trucks and activations for fans inside the stadium.
– There will be a DJ playing pre-match on the north side of the stadium, a Clover Kids Zone and various sponsor activations around the stadium for the whole family to enjoy.
– All stadium bars are migrating to a cashless system. Please ensure you have a card to make payment for refreshments.
– Make sure you get there early, park remotely and use the free MyCiti shuttles from the CTICC, Civic Centre and Thibault Square bus stations to make the most of what should be a great day out at DHL Stadium.

Match tickets

General admission tickets for this match are sold out. The only tickets available for purchase are Level Five suite-level balcony seating, which are available to purchase from the Hospitality section of stormers.co.za. Tickets purchased from Viagogo or any other third party will not be valid. CLICK HERE for conditions of use of our match tickets.

All spectators must have a valid ticket, which will be scanned on entry. Please have your tickets ready to scan at the gates in your phone’s wallet. Screenshots will not work so please follow the steps below and have your tickets ready when approaching the gates.

All tickets have an allocated block and seat number. Please sit in the correct block and seat which is printed clearly on your ticket and keep your ticket on you at all times.

To facilitate seating in the correct block and seat number, there will be a secondary ticket security check in the stadium before entry into the seating block is allowed. Signage and officials in the stadium will help direct you to the correct block, row and seat.

Officials will be on duty outside the venue at the gates and inside the venue, to assist with queries or issues.

How to purchase and manage tickets

Step One: Register an account

All those wishing to buy tickets and attend DHL Stormers matches must register an account on stormers.co.za. Click on Tickets, then click on the head and shoulders icon at the top-right corner on stormers.tmtickets.co.za. Select ‘register’ below the log-in and create a profile.

Step Two: Buy your tickets

Once you have registered an account and signed in on stormers.tmtickets.co.za, you can book and pay for your tickets. You will then receive a booking confirmation email with details of your booking.

Step Three: Download the App

The Stormers App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You must sign into the App with the same email address and password that you used to set up your account on the website.

Your tickets will then be accessible in the tickets tab on the App and can be added to your phone’s wallet for a quick tap for easy entry.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets can be transferred to other account holders using the App using the following steps:

– Go to the tickets tab in the app, click on the tickets and go to ‘Manage Tickets’.

– Select the tickets you would like to transfer, then click on ‘forward to a friend’.

– You will need to add the recipient to your network by either selecting the person in your network (previously added) or search for them outside your network if you haven’t added them before, using their membership number and surname. Please note that the person you are transferring to needs to have a registered Stormers ticketing account.

– Membership numbers can be found in the settings tab in the app or by opening the ‘head and shoulders’ on stormers.tmtickets.co.za. Once logged in, the membership number is next to your name.

– Review your order and confirm transfer of the tickets.

Parking and free MyCiTi shuttles

Spectators are urged to park in the city centre and make use of the free MyCiTi bus shuttles which will run from the CTICC, Civic Centre and Thibault Square bus stations. Simply show your match ticket on entry and get a free ride to the stadium.

Remote public parking is available at the CTICC (R150 by card payment) and Civic Centre from 14h00. Parking at the Civic Centre will close at 22h30 and parking at the CTICC will close at midnight.

The first shuttles will leave at 14h30, thereafter, a bus leaves every 20 minutes or when full. The last return bus leaves the Stadium bus station at 22h00.

Use public transport to the bus stations and either catch the free shuttle to the stadium or use the Fan Walk.

Precinct parking – There will be limited public parking available at the stadium P9 and P4 parking areas from 14h00. Payment by card purchase only for R120. Expect and plan for congestion in the stadium precinct.

DHL Stadium is in a residential precinct, so please respect the residents and co-operate with the traffic officials on duty. Please note that vehicles that are illegally parked will be fined and/or towed away.

Road closures

There will be no access to Vlei Road, while Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Stephan Way, and Granger Bay Boulevard and Fort Wynyard Street will all be closed. There will be restrictions on Helen Suzman Boulevard and Somerset Road from 06h00.

E-Hailing

There will be a dedicated e-hailing drop-off area on Helen Suzman Boulevard between York Circle and Beach Road, but spectators are warned that drop-and-go and pick-up in this area will have long delays due to expected traffic congestion.

Other information

No spectators will be allowed to take food or drink into the stadium.

All seats are numbered. All spectators must please sit in the correct seat as allocated on the tickets.

The lost and found in the stadium is located at Foyer A.

Spectators are urged to be aware of the threat of car jamming in parking areas.

Please also be wary of pickpockets at the stadium and keep your valuables close to you at all times.

Please note that no spectator is allowed access to the pitch. Any person invading the pitch can be prosecuted as this is a criminal offence.

DHL Stadium is a smoke/vaping free building. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking/vaping is allowed in any suites or on the stands.

Please respect all those around you and abide by the stadium rules and the ticketing conditions of use which are available on the DHL Stormers website.

Flagpole or banner pole of any kind, unless it is made from inflammable and flexible plastic and does not exceed 1 metre in length 1cm in diameter
