Due to a clash with the Cape Town Cycle Tour, which finishes near the DHL Stadium precinct on the same day and will see a number of roads in the area closed, the venue of this match has had to change.
This match was originally meant to take place in November last year, but was rescheduled to the impact of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, which saw Zebre Parma leave South Africa before the fixture could be fulfilled. Sunday, March 13 is the only date that this match can take place due to the fact that Zebre Parma play Ospreys in Wales seven days before.
The clash, which kicks off at 18h05 on March 13, will be the first home match of the season for the DHL Stormers against a European side and their first-ever competitive match in Stellenbosch.
The DHL Stormers will be aiming to get back to winning ways on home soil, following their narrow defeat against Connacht in Ireland last week.
The match against Zebre Parma is the first in a sequence of seven consecutive home games for the DHL Stormers, which will also see them take on Cardiff, Ulster, Ospreys, Vodacom Bulls, Glasgow Warriors and Leinster at DHL Stadium in the coming weeks.
Only 2000 spectators are currently allowed to attend matches, so get your tickets now before they sell out. Match tickets range in price from R120 to R250 each. There are also a limited number of Parking Tickets available at R50 per ticket, which can also be purchased online from Webtickets.
All those attending will have to adhere to government regulations by; wearing a medical mask and providing an ID and a COVID-19 vaccination document confirming full vaccination (only fully vaccinated people will be allowed to attend), along with their match ticket to gain entry to Danie Craven Stadium. There will also be temperature checks and a verbal COVID-19 questionnaire for each spectator, with entry denied to anyone who does not comply with these regulations.
